Airfield Information

DuPage Airport is the only facility of its kind in Illinois featuring four active runways, two ILS approaches, and a one-million-square-foot apron. The airport’s primary runway measures 7,571 feet in length and 150 feet in width, making it the second longest runway in the Chicago region after O’Hare International Airport. This runway is capable of accommodating a wide range of corporate aircraft, including the Boeing Business Jet.

Runway capacity and operational safety are further enhanced by clear approaches and undeveloped land in all directions. The surrounding approach areas consist primarily of open space, including farmland and a championship golf course, allowing for low approach minimums of 200.5 feet on Runway 2L and 250.75 feet on Runway 10.
